We had a fabulous time staying here for the 4th of July. The host was very communicative, proactive, and friendly. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, pool toys, and many more amenities. This house had everything for families compared to any other rental I have stayed at. They really aimed to please and avoid you from having to pack a bunch of stuff from home for kids. The location, view and boat access was perfect. Made things easy for us to enjoy our time. Pool was perfect temperature and everything worked as it should. Thank you for sharing your place with us and making our trip memorable! Hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very spacious. It fit my family perfectly. We had a 4 month old and the kids were able to have fun without disturbing the baby. It was very accommodating for kids. There was lots of toys for them to play with, including a kitchen. There were plenty of towels for our stay. I find that some places lack that. Kitchen had everything we needed. The community pool was right next to us which was great especially with little ones. The hot tub was great and it overlooked the lake. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The view from the house was gorgeous! There were 8 of us staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. They layout worked wonderfully for relaxing dinners in, drinks on the deck and game playing at night. The kitchen was well equipped and televisions in every room, as well as pool/ping pong table. The pool was just a short walk from the house and we had it completely to ourselves every day, and there were plenty of seats and lounge chairs. The walk to the lake was a bit steep however certainly walkable carrying floats and is positioned in a cove and in a quiet part of Lake Travis. We ate at Opie’s BBQ which was fantastic and went wine tasting at Spicewood Vineyard. The vineyard was pet friendly, and had beautiful shady spots to sip some delicious wine we would recommend both. The closest grocery store is about 30 minutes away in Marble Falls so plan accordingly.

Went for my birthday trip with my closest friends and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. This was so peaceful and the environment brought us all together even more! George was extremely accommodating and communicative. Any time I needed anything during the stay, he was on stand by ready to assist. All of my friends and I want to thank you!

Great relaxing Spring Break getaway!
Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up everything was. The home itself is beautiful, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together, and the views of the lake were a plus.

One of our favorite parts was how peaceful and quiet the area is. It felt like a true escape from everyday life. We spent our days enjoying the water, sitting out on the multiple balconies, and the kids had a great time in the heated pool. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, whether you’re having coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening.

Inside, the house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and all the little details made it feel like a home away from home. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience.

Overall, this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and scenic lake retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!  It was very clean and the decor was beautiful (loved looking at all the fun accessories).  Convenient boat slip and refreshing pool to enjoy on hot days.  One evening the neighbors were extremely loud but must have been warned because they were quiet the next couple days we were there.  Such close quarters requires respect and consideration for all guests.   BBQ had not been cleaned/propane left on from previous guests but George says he will take care of that in the future.  We had a problem (most likely self imposed) with elevator but George helped immediately to remedy issue.  Appreciated his patience/helpfulness.  We were happy our boat trailer fit in the garage and we didn't have to drive to storage.  Enjoyed paddle board.  George communicated with us whenever we had any questions.  Such a beautiful home and the lake was so nice to cruise up/down.  Fishing was awesome.  We will definitely return!  Thanks again for everything!  The Ramirez family

Our group stayed here last year and we were glad to be back in 2025. The home is so beautiful and comfortable, it was easy to feel right at home from the moment you stepped in. All our guests spoke how well the house was laid out and had all the amenities to make the stay wonderful. The beds were very comfy and we did not want to get up. We definitely plan to book the Airbnb for our next year work event. The owner, George, was so easy to deal with and he was very helpful when a guest left behind his speaker. He was able to get it sent back via FedEx with a few days. He always took care of us during our trip and after. It is much appreciated.

I understand that sometimes team members may try to cut corners or overlook certain responsibilities. However, when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting a property, I believe there really shouldn’t be any exceptions. It may be helpful to have a meeting with your cleaning crew to go over expectations and emphasize the importance of paying close attention to their duties. I would also recommend scheduling a thorough deep cleaning of the property to bring it back up to the standard guests expect. I hope you take this feedback as constructive. I truly want to see your Airbnb succeed, and I believe addressing the cleaning standards will make a big difference for future guests.

When we learned of the issue, I attempted to reach you several times to better understand the extent of the concern, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to connect with you directly. Because I did not have a clear picture of what you were experiencing, I immediately sent our crew leader back to the property to inspect and address any issues firsthand. Upon further review, it appeared that much of the concern stemmed from spider webs around the exterior of the property. As the home is nestled in a heavily wooded area, guests are often able to enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings, including frequent deer sightings, but that environment can also lead to occasional spider webs outdoors despite regular maintenance. That said, we take all guest feedback seriously. Since your stay, we have made changes to our cleaning team and have not experienced a recurrence of the issue. Additionally, we have implemented an extra exterior cleaning visit each week to ensure the outdoor areas remain as clean and welcoming as possible. We appreciate your constructive comments and your desire to see the property succeed. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve the guest experience, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

I normally don’t leave reviews but, the house was nice as far as the view but that’s about all. We arrived Saturday, the house was not cleaned properly, spider webs on in and outside of the home. If your traveling with grandparents its not the place for you. The jacuzzi only worked for 5 minutes, barely enough propane for the grill and the location for the store is miles away from the property. Please look for something that is close and better to accommodate your family or guests.
