We had a wonderful stay! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family gathering. There was plenty to do both inside the house and in the surrounding area, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hi, I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding our stay. I really appreciate you providing a refund for the cleaning fee—it was a kind gesture and definitely appreciated.
I understand that sometimes team members may try to cut corners or overlook certain responsibilities. However, when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting a property, I believe there really shouldn’t be any exceptions.
It may be helpful to have a meeting with your cleaning crew to go over expectations and emphasize the importance of paying close attention to their duties. I would also recommend scheduling a thorough deep cleaning of the property to bring it back up to the standard guests expect.
I hope you take this feedback as constructive. I truly want to see your Airbnb succeed, and I believe addressing the cleaning standards will make a big difference for future guests.

Exceptional view. Kitchen had everything you needed. Stairs were well designed to access each level. Host was very available and accommodating. My only "complaint" is the master bed was really high off the ground making it a bit hard for an old lady like me to get up and into bed. Enjoyed the swimming pool which was next door. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful home.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very spacious. It fit my family perfectly. We had a 4 month old and the kids were able to have fun without disturbing the baby. It was very accommodating for kids. There was lots of toys for them to play with, including a kitchen. There were plenty of towels for our stay. I find that some places lack that. Kitchen had everything we needed. The community pool was right next to us which was great especially with little ones. The hot tub was great and it overlooked the lake. I would definitely recommend staying here.
